| “My experience with Allders involved a number of large store refurbishments and fit outs. The conversion of the old C&A store on Oxford Street was completely refurbished and became the flagship for the group. This was subsequently followed by the Arding and Hobbs building at Clapham, which included the complete overhaul of roofs and facades, strip out and replacement of escalators and lifts, complete fit out of all departments including cosmetics, fashion, home wares, café area and staff areas. All of this was carried out whilst the store was trading and involved a high degree of planning skill.” |

| “My experience with Alpha Retail has seen delivery of main contracting works to airports throughout the UK, specifically comprising of the interior fit out of retail and catering units. Works have included the strip out of existing and provision of all new - Services - Ceilings - Flooring - Display fixtures to sites ranging from 1,000 – 20,000ft in Nottingham, East Midlands, Birmingham, Inverness and Manchester airports. With specific reference to Alpha Airport Catering I have also been involved in the process from development of conceptual details through to final completion.” |
